Interview Formats
Traditional Interviews
In this format, applicants are usually interviewed by one person, who could be a faculty member, student, community member, or program director. Interviewers may ask pre-planned questions or tailor their questions to your experiences.
Multiple Mini Interviews (MMI)
In this format, you are assessed by several interviewers, including faculty members, program directors, students. community members, though not at the same time.
Panel/Modified Personal Interviews
Some schools use a panel interview format where applicants are assessed by a group. Others use a modified personal interview. In this format, applicants are assessed by several interviewers separately.
