CASper Skills Development
CASPer, an online situational judgement test, is an integral part of the application process for many schools. Professional schools rely on CASPer to gauge applicants’ personal and professional characteristics.
The test is completed online, and it’s comprised of 12 scenario-based sections that require students to either watch a video or read an excerpt before answering a set of questions.
While the majority of the questions are situational and refer to the scenario being presented, some questions are behavioural and ask the test taker to describe examples from their own life.
Test takers are given 5 minutes to answer the questions under each of the 12 sections. Including the introduction, the optional break half-way through, and the length of the videos, the test takes about 90 minutes to complete.
